I provide guidance, support, education and accountability to help you achieve your goals.

  • As your coach, I educate you on mindful eating, and how to focus on nutrient-dense foods rather than simply counting calories.

  • It's essential to avoid labeling foods as "good" or "bad." Instead, emphasize the importance of balance and mindfulness. By eliminating potentially problematic foods, then systematically reintroducing, them helps to identify which foods give you the most benefit throughout the day, and helps maintain a diet rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods.

  • For vegetarian and vegan clients, I suggest protein-rich plant-based plan which includes tofu, tempeh, legumes, and nuts.

  • I give you meal planning tips, batch cooking strategies, and easy-to-make recipes to help you become more efficient in the kitchen.

  • The idea of "cheat days" can be counterproductive. Instead, I encourage you to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes. After you determine which foods are on the list, which you can consume occasionally and which foods are “worth it”, you decide when to indulge. It’s all part of the Food Forward plan.

  • Other than the The Paleo Protocol, which is not a diet, rather, an elimination plan, I do not endorsing specific diets. Instead, as your guide, I focus on personalized, sustainable plans tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
