SRIRACHA STICKY CHICKEN THIGHS
Flavorful with a spicy kick! This sticky chicken is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. These days when I make a recipe this size, I have leftovers for a day or two. Well, not with this one! The hubster finished the chicken! You can quickly put this together, and don’t let the list of ingredients intimidate you. Most of these are already staples in your paleo pantry, and if they’re not yet, they are worth the investment. You can serve this with anything you like. I have been known to make fries in the air fryer or just a big salad. Actually, these chicken pieces are excellent over mixed greens. Mushroom Powder is optional, but it gives all chicken dishes an extra umami flavor. It’s an excellent party staple. I like this one from Spice Lab, but there is also a version at Trader Joe’s which is very good.
Paprika may be substituted for smoked paprika, but the smokiness of this paprika really adds dimension to these flavors.
